Hands-On Virtual Reality Demo In-Person
Are you curious about virtual reality (VR) technology? Are you not sure what the big deal is or feeling weirded out by kids in headsets flailing about? Dispel the mystery with this hands-on VR introduction from 6:30-8:30pm in the Bloomington Public Library Community Room. The Library’s two HTC Vive and Playstation VR headsets will be available along with plenty of games and other software to try. Visit a startlingly realistic version of the Eiffel Tower, command the Starship Enterprise, draw with 3D light around yourself, or trek the globe in Google Earth, among other experiences. VR technology is taking off; don’t miss this opportunity!
