Itsy Arts - Provided by the ISU Art Station
Registered children under the age of 5 and their parents are invited to attend Itsy Arts by the Illinois State University Art Station. The Itsy Arts class will provide children a safe and playful space where creativity and imagination can flourish and where motor skills, confidence, and expression can be nurtured, honed, and explored. On July 15, classes will meet at 1:30pm and 3pm in the Bloomington Library Story Room and will be taught and guided by teaching artists and professionals committed to child social development and growth. This program is brought to the library by the Art Station, a project of Illinois State University. The Art Station is an arts center and educational resource that is committed to fostering creative thinking and expression in the visual arts. Registration is required and can be completed in person, by calling 309.828.6094, or on the library’s website www.bloomingtonlibrary.org. Registration for the June 23 session opens at 10am on June 5.
