After School Fix It Friday: Beginning Clothing Repair Workshop In-Person
Do you have a hole in your favorite top? Did a button pop off that go-to jacket? Then this is the workshop for you! Register for this free, basic sewing, mending, and clothing repair program with Illinois State University’s fashion students. Attendees are asked to bring with them a piece of their clothing which needs repair. An adult caregiver is welcome, but not required, to attend with each registered attendee who should be between ages 8-11. Registration opens at 10am on Monday, September 24, and can be completed in person at the Children’s Services Desk, by phone at 309.828.6094, or online at bloomingtonlibrary.org.
