6th Annual Celebration of India: Day of the Child In-Person
Everyone is invited to celebrate the rich culture of India and the Day of the Child. Nita Jain will greet you as she creates a delightful Rangoli centerpiece. Enjoy listening to classical Indian music performed by the Indian Music Society from 11am-11:50am. Stop by the craft tables and create charming projects. Gaither around Arvazhagan Kaliyaperumal as he introduces “Families Around India.” Observe enchanting performances by Dulari’s Nrityapriya Dance School and Shweta Pejathaya’s dance students. And then wrap up the Day of the Child by joining us in singing the Indian National Anthem led by Nirmal Jain. You will not want to miss this magnificent day. Throughout the festivities, authentic Indian fare will be available for purchase from Bloom Bawarchi restaurant.
