Tool Library Services Overview In-Person
The Tool Library, part of the West Bloomington Revitalization Project, is a free tool lending program available to any Bloomington-Normal resident over 18 years of age. Its mission to empower residents through providing resources for repairs and improvement continues to have a great impact on the Bloomington-Normal community. WBRP Project Leader Armando Baez will walk us through the services available through The Tool Library.
