Parenting Teens & Tweens Discussion Group In-Person
Parents of teens, tweens, and even children are invited to this quarterly discussion series sponsored by both public libraries and B/N Parents. This meeting will focus on the book The Teenage Brain: A Neuroscientist’s Survival Guide to Raising Adolescents and Young Adults by Frances Jensen, MD with Amy Ellis Nutt. However, it is not necessary to read the book before the group meets. Key points of each title will be provided. Both libraries have books available for check out or downloading. B/N Parents supports strong parent/teen relationships to reduce risks during the teen years.
