Where the Wild Things Read at the Bloomington Farmers’ Market In-Person
Join Bloomington Public Library for three special Farmers’ Market Story Times. These story times are perfect for children of all ages who like to have fun, be silly, sing, dance, and feel the sunshine on their faces. Every third Saturday from June to August, we will hold a special story time about healthy eating and yummy food in the Kids’ Corner at the Bloomington Farmers’ Market (corner of Jefferson & Center streets). After story time, children can pick up a free book from the West Bloomington Revitalization Project’s Book Bike and receive 2 Power of Produce (POP) Bucks which can be redeemed for fruits, veggies, and/or plants at the market. These story times are made possible through a partnership with the WBRP and the Downtown Bloomington Association.
