Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, is for anyone who wants to expand their physical, mental, and energetic capacity. Join Jennifer in this powerful practice which uses controlled breath, sound, and movement to unlock your infinite potential. Please bring a mat and/or blanket and water, dress in comfortable clothes, and avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before class. We’ll meet in the Community Room at Bloomington Library.
