Join Jennifer in this powerful practice which uses controlled breath, sound, and movement to unlock your infinite potential. Please bring a mat and/or blanket and water, dress in comfortable clothes, and avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before class. We’ll meet in the Community Room at Bloomington Library.
